Delivery (product page)

We process and ship orders most often within 24 hours (business days).

Delivery time within Poland depends on the chosen delivery method:

• ORLEN Paczka, InPost parcel lockers: up to 2 business days,
• DHL courier, InPost courier: next business day,
• Parcelshop DHL, delivery to point: next business day,
• Polish Post: up to 4 business days.

Delivery to selected European Union countries:

• GLS courier: 3-6 business days.

Delivery times to your chosen country can be checked in the "Delivery Terms" tab.
Please note: Order processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time it takes for the transfer to be credited to our bank account.

We'll notify you via email at every stage of your order (including any delays). You can also check your order status by logging in to your Endo customer account.
