What are the delivery methods?

When placing your order, you can choose courier delivery, delivery to an InPost parcel locker, delivery to an Orlen Paczka point (formerly Paczka w Ruchu), to a DHL Parcelshop point or courier delivery via Poczta Polska.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Free shipping is available for purchases worth more than:

from PLN 250.00 - when using InPost parcel lockers

from PLN 300.00 - when using ORLEN Paczka, InPost courier, DHL courier, DHL Parcel Shop and Poczta Polska

For orders below the above amounts, the shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery method:

  • ORLEN Paczka – prepaid: PLN 9.90
  • ORLEN Parcel - cash on delivery: PLN 11.90
  • InPost courier delivery – prepaid: PLN 17.90
  • InPost courier delivery – cash on delivery: PLN 19.90

What are the return options?

If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can always return it. Please let us know no later than 30 days after receiving your order, and then promptly return the goods. Returned goods must be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days .

Can I make an exchange?

If you ordered a product and it turned out to be too large or too small, please use the returns procedure. An exchange involves returning the selected items and placing another order. We guarantee that your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Please send returned products with proof of purchase and a completed returns form within 30 days of receiving your order.

What are the complaints rules?

If you wish to file a complaint, please return the goods in question along with proof of purchase and a description of the complaint. Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 days of the date the goods are delivered to the store.

What payment methods can I choose from?
  • Cash on delivery – you pay for the order and delivery directly to the courier, at the selected InPost parcel locker (payment by card and/or PayByLink).
  • PayU – fast bank transfers, payments via payment cards, BLIK.
  • Traditional bank transfer – transfer directly to the Endo.pl account.
  • VISA Checkout – you make payments with one click after registering your payment card (VISA or MasterCard) in the VISA system.
  • PayU|Twisto - buy now, pay in 30 days. Free of charge – receive your order and pay within 30 days at no additional cost, or up to 45 days after registering with Twisto.
When will I receive my purchased products?

Orders are processed by the online store within 3 business days , and the goods will be delivered by courier within 48 hours of shipment.

When will I receive my money after returning or filing a complaint?
  • Return: We will refund the money for the returned goods to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
  • Complaint: You will receive a full-fledged product or your money as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date the complaint is considered.
Are there any foreign sales?

How to shop at Endo.pl?

Shopping at Endo.pl is simple:

  • Select a product and its size and/or gift wrapping service, then add it to your cart.
  • Select payment and delivery method.
  • Provide your address details.
  • Accept the Store Regulations.
  • Check the accuracy of your order.
  • Select your payment method.
  • Finish placing your order by clicking the "Order and pay" button.
How can I contact Customer Service?
Do I need to create an account to make purchases?

Creating an account is not necessary - you can make purchases without registration.

However, we encourage you to register – this will give you access to your purchase history, and the saved data will shorten the ordering process.

What should I do if I have problems logging in?

Please ensure that the email address you enter is identical to the one you provided during registration. Please note that registration is not the same as signing up for the newsletter. If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reminder option or contact our Customer Service Department at e-sklep@endo.pl.

Is shopping safe?

Customer security and trust are paramount to us. The data you provide is secured with SSL protocol : data from the registration form is encrypted, and your identity is additionally authenticated.

Can I change my order?

If you've already placed an order, unfortunately, it's not possible to make changes (change the product, size, or add/remove an item). We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so changing an order that's already in progress could extend the delivery time. However, in individual cases, Customer Service may decide to make a change.

How to collect Payback points?

You can collect Payback points by shopping at Endo.pl. To do this, start shopping on the Payback website by entering your card number. You can then continue shopping by going to the Endo.pl store – shop and collect points. Points will be credited to your account within 30 days. Shipping costs are not converted into points. If you encounter any problems while shopping or if you interrupt your browser session, return to payback.pl and repeat the entire process. Any incorrectly calculated points should be filed directly with Payback.

How to use discount codes?

You can get a discount code by following our newsletter, Facebook page, and website. Stay up-to-date with us and you won't miss any promotions! It's important to log in or register before finalizing your order. If you have a discount code, enter it in the appropriate field after going to your cart. Be sure to enter the code exactly as we provided it (taking care with capitalization, for example) and confirm it by clicking the "ACTIVATE" button. The discount will automatically be deducted from your purchase.

How to choose the right clothes size?

On each product page, you'll find a link to the size chart below the size list. For exact measurements, please email e-sklep@endo.pl or use the "ask about product" form on each product page.

Can I place an order by phone?

Endo.pl does not conduct sales over the phone. However, if you have any problems placing an order online, please contact our Customer Service Department , who will be happy to assist you.

Does Endo have brick-and-mortar stores?

No, Endo products can only be purchased online. While maintaining its unique, recognizable style, Endo continues to evolve and embrace the challenges of modern times. Now, shopping at Endo is even easier, with access to clothing from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Does Endo have brick-and-mortar stores?

Cookies are IT data saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. It is impossible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to reach User Devices this way. These files allow, among other things, to identify the software used by the User and customize the Website for each User.

How does the Basket work?

The shopping cart does not reserve products. Products will only be reserved after the order is placed.

How does the Clipboard work?

While browsing our offer, you can save the products that interest you using the "Add to cart" option.

If you decide to purchase products from your Cart, you can move them to your Cart with one click.
