Complaints
All Endo clothing and accessories are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. However, if you have any concerns about the products you ordered, you have the right to file a complaint.
You can submit any complaints related to the goods or the performance of the sales contract in any form.
We prefer written form to the following address: DTW - Endo Returns Department, Panattoni Park Warsaw West, ul. Sochaczewska 98C, 05-870 Błonie , or by e-mail to: zwroty@endo.pl .

You will enable us to process your complaint efficiently by completing the complaint form and providing the following information:
1. name and surname,
2. address,
3. email address,
4. telephone number,
5. subject of the complaint (model number located on the label and tag),
6. order number (if possible),
7. reason for the complaint, i.e. all circumstances describing the defect, the date of discovery of the defect and, if possible, photos of the defect (in the case of submitting a complaint via e-mail).
8. preferred method of handling the complaint.
We will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of the request containing the complaint.
If the product is defective, you can indicate your preferred method of settling the complaint:
- by submitting a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract, unless we are able to replace the defective product with a defect-free one or remove the defect immediately and without undue inconvenience to you.
This limitation does not apply if the goods have already been replaced or repaired by us, or if we have failed to fulfill our obligation to replace the goods with defect-free goods or to remove the defect. Instead of having the defect removed as proposed by us, you may request that the goods be replaced with defect-free goods or, instead of replacing the goods, request that the defect be removed, unless bringing the goods into conformity with the contract in the manner you have chosen is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the method we propose.
- by requesting the replacement of the defective product with a defect-free one or the removal of the defect. We are obligated to replace the defective product with a defect-free one or to remove the defect within a reasonable time without undue inconvenience to you.
However, we may refuse to honor your request if bringing the defective product into conformity with the sales contract in the manner you selected is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the other possible method of bringing the product into conformity with the sales contract. We will bear the costs of repair or replacement for Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consultant rights.
When exercising your warranty rights, you are obliged to deliver the defective item to the following address: DTW - Endo Returns Department, Panattoni Park Warsaw West, ul. Sochaczewska 98C, 05-870 Błonie.
If you are a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with Consumer rights, we cover the delivery costs.
We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years of the goods being delivered to you.
We will inform you electronically about the consideration of your complaint.
