Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice.
Her illustrations are a journey between colors, shapes, and emotions. Simple
path to positivity. Currently lives and works in Katowice.
She has illustrated for magazines such as:
- Kukbuk, Wysokie Obcasy Praca, Non/fiction, Psychological Magazine, Charaktery, Fuss Magazine, PNTMagazine, Newsweek Psychologia and Outdoor Magazine.
Her work has been written about in, among others:
- Label Magazine, K Mag, Zwykłe ŻycieMagazyn, and Fabularie. She also collaborated with the brand Medicine , creating illustrations for a limited clothing collection Rebel Girl .
In 2019, in cooperation with Wytwórnia Publishing House, a book illustrated by her was published "Peek-a-boo!"
She has exhibited her works individually and at group exhibitions and international festivals, including: San Francisco , (Polki Hidden Power, 2018), Tokyo (Inner Strength The Women of Poland and Japan), in Krakow ( Basia Flores – Galactic Birds, 2019 ), in Katowice ( Basia Flores – illustrations , Exhibition Gallery of the Higher School of Technology in Katowice, 2019 / Polish Poster Biennale , Katowice, 2017 and 2019 / Unjustly Disregarded, Nie Zastawać Gallery, 2012), São Paulo (Clube de Criação, 2016), Manaus (Instituto Amazônia, 2016) and in London (London Illustration Fair, 2015).
She also created an identification illustration. Tsuruga International Cultural Festival in Japan (Tsuruga International Culture Festival 2019).
In 2018, her poster won first place in the international competition "Unusual Faces of Krakow. 40 Years on the UNESCO World Heritage List" , organized by Dydo Poster Gallery and Gardens Association Art .
