Children's Day is a special day that brings joy to every young person! That's why we're inviting you and Endo to join the fun.

The prize in the contest is T-shirts for children. We will award five entries.

What is the competition task?

Create a poem or rhyme for your child on such a special occasion as Children's Day.

On the endo.pl website, choose a slogan and graphic that best reflects your child's nature and temperament. Use this slogan in the rhyme, and post the completed rhyme in a comment under the main Facebook post.

Rules of the "Children's Day with ENDO" Competition

Organizer and definitions

  1. The organiser of the competition called "Children's Day with Endo" (hereinafter "Competition") is "STUDIO MK" a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, at Aleje Jerozolimskie 185, postal code: 02-222, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000424234, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7010345945 (hereinafter "Organiser").
  2. The Organizer declares that the "Children's Day with Endo" competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, a game whose outcome depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 09, item 1540).

Participant

  1. The Competition is open to all natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland who are consumers (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended), who are at least 18 years of age, or persons between 13 and 18 years of age, with the consent of their legal representative (hereinafter referred to as the "Guardian").
  2. The participant declares that:
  3. has read the content of these Regulations and voluntarily enters the Competition
  4. agrees and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including having read the content regarding the procedure for receiving the prize and fully accepting it
  5. undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations
  6. consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition

Competition

  1. Between June 1 and June 15, 2022, Participants will be able to add comments under the competition post, which is located on the endo.pl company page on Facebook.
  2. The competition involves posting an answer to the question asked in the post or completing a task in a comment under the competition post on the endo.pl company page on Facebook.
  3. Competition entries will be considered for compliance with the Theme, creativity in their approach to the Theme and ingenuity.
  4. One Participant may add only one comment with one competition text.
  5. The consent of the Participant to participate in the Competition is tantamount to consenting to the possible use of the competition entry by the Organizer for the purpose of its publication on websites administered by the Organizer, including: www.endo.pl , and the Endo.pl profile on the Facebook social networking site: www.facebook.com/endopl , the author's blog: https://endo.pl/blog/ and the endo.pl company account on Instagram: http://instagram.com/endo.pl
  6. By taking part in the competition, the participant declares that he or she is the author of the comment and that it is not encumbered with the copyright of any third party.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or not include in the Competition any entries that do not meet the requirements set out in these regulations, in particular entries that do not relate to the Competition Theme or are prepared in violation of the requirements of paragraphs 2, 3, 5 and 6.
  8. The Organizer reserves the right to moderate content posted by users, including removing publications that do not meet the terms and conditions of the regulations, offensive content, repetitive content or content very similar to that created by other Participants.

Winners' Choice

  1. Within 7 days of the competition closing date, the Organizer will review the submitted entries and select the Winners. A jury composed of Endo's marketing department will evaluate the entries. In selecting the Winners, the Organizer will base its selection on criteria such as: the most faithful representation of the task theme and relevance to endo.pl's offerings, creativity, and ingenuity.
  2. 5 competition entries from all comments submitted on Facebook will receive prizes.
  3. The results will be announced on the endo.pl company Facebook page within 7 days of the winners being selected.

Awards

  1. Five prizes will be awarded in the competition.
  2. The prizes for the five Facebook participants will be T-shirts for children. The T-shirt is available from the online store endo.pl.
  3. If the selected product is not in stock, the winner will make a new selection.
  4. All competition prizes will be delivered to the Winners by post to the address provided by the Participant within 30 days of the date of announcement of the winners.

Personal data

  1. The Organizer is the controller of the Participant's and Guardian's personal data provided in connection with the Competition. The Organizer will process the personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition.
  2. The processing of personal data includes the following scope of personal data: name and surname, postal address and additionally contact telephone number and e-mail address.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition.
  4. Personal data collected by ENDO via the Online Store are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR . Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Competition may be submitted by the legal representatives of the Participants in writing, by registered letter sent to the Organizer's address within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.
  2. Complaints should include the name and surname of the Participant and his/her legal representative, the exact correspondence address, a description and indication of the reasons for the complaint, as well as the specification of the request.
  3. Complaints submitted after the deadline or that do not meet the requirements specified in paragraph 2 will not be considered by the Organizer. The postmark date will determine whether the deadline for submitting a complaint has been met.
  4. Complaints will be reviewed without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The Organizer's decisions regarding complaints are final.

Final provisions

  1. The competition is announced and organized by the Organizer via the endo.pl social media website on Facebook: www.facebook.com/endopl
  2. Any disputes or claims raised in connection with the Competition will be resolved by a competent common court.
