Rules of the "BABY'S LAYETTE" Competition

§1 Organizer and definitions

The organizer of the competition called "BABY LAYETTE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is "STUDIO MK" a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, at 185 Aleje Jerozolimskie Street, postal code: 02-222, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000424234, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7010345945 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
The Organizer declares that the Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, a game whose outcome depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 09, item 1540).

§2 Participant

The Competition is open to all natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland who are consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended), who are at least 18 years of age.
The participant declares that:

has read the content of these Regulations and voluntarily enters the Competition
agrees and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including having read the content regarding the procedure for receiving the prize and accepting it in full
undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations
consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition

§3 Competition

Between May 25, 2024 and June 9, 2024, participants will be able to submit their application:
- by providing the name of the product and/or publishing a link/photo of the selected product from the endo.pl website and a short justification in the comment under the competition post, which is located on the endo.pl company page on Facebook or Instagram
The competition consists of four weekly stages: 25-31/07/2023, 01-07/08/2023, 08-14/08/2023, 15-21/08/2023
The task is to answer the question: which product from the new MINI ENDO collection would you like to receive for your child?
Competition entries will be considered for compliance with the theme and creativity in their approach to the topic.
To take part in the competition you must:

post a link or photo of the Endo product and a justification in the comment under the competition post on the endo.pl company page on Facebook
or the name of the product in the comment under the competition post on the Endo Instagram profile
Follow our IG/FB profile
Like/Save/Comment on the competition post on Facebook or Instagram.

The consent of the Participant to participate in the Competition is tantamount to consenting to the possible use of the competition entry by the Organizer for the purpose of its publication on websites administered by the Organizer, including: www.endo.pl , the author's blog: https://endo.pl/blog/ and the Endo.pl profile on social networking sites: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
By taking part in the competition, the participant declares that he or she is the author of the entry posted in the comment and that it is not encumbered with any third-party copyrights.
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or not include in the Competition any entries that do not meet the requirements set out in these regulations, in particular entries that do not relate to the competition theme or are prepared in violation of the requirements of this paragraph.
The Organizer reserves the right to moderate content posted by users, including removing publications that do not meet the terms and conditions of the regulations, offensive content, repetitive content or content very similar to that created by other Participants.
Profiles that are not taken into account: no personal photos, new accounts created for the giveaway, fan pages, empty accounts.
The participant's profile must be public for the duration of the giveaway.

§4 Selection of the Awardees

Within 5 days of the competition closing date, the Organizer will review the submitted entries and select the winners. A jury from the Endo marketing department will evaluate the entries. The Organizer will select the Winners based on the criteria set out in §3.
Prizes will be awarded among all submitted comments in accordance with §5
Each Winner may receive one competition prize.
The results will be announced on the company blog endo.pl, as well as on Instagram and Facebook within 7 days of the winners being selected.
The Organizer will also inform the selected Participant about the prize in a private message on the social media profile on which the Participant participated in the competition.

§5 Prizes

Participants will be awarded prizes in the competition.
The prizes are:
2 x voucher worth PLN 500 to be used on the endo.pl website
5 x baby bedding sets
10 x Endo teddy bear
All competition prizes will be delivered to the Winners by post/courier to the address provided by the Participant within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the winners.

§6 Personal data

The Organizer is the controller of the Participant's and Guardian's personal data provided in connection with the Competition. The Organizer will process the personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition.
The processing of personal data includes the following scope of personal data: name and surname, postal address and additionally contact telephone number and e-mail address.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition.
Personal data collected by ENDO via the Online Store are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR . §7 Complaints

Any complaints regarding the course of the Competition may be submitted by the legal representatives of the Participants in writing, by registered letter sent to the Organizer's address within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.
Complaints should include the name and surname of the Participant and his/her legal representative, the exact correspondence address, a description and indication of the reasons for the complaint, as well as the specification of the request.
Complaints submitted after the deadline or that do not meet the requirements specified in paragraph 2 will not be considered by the Organizer. The postmark date will determine whether the deadline for submitting a complaint has been met.
Complaints will be reviewed without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The Organizer's decisions regarding complaints are final.

§8 Final provisions

The competition is announced and organized by the Organizer via the endo.pl social media website on Facebook: www.facebook.com/endopl and on Instagram: www.instagram.com/endo.pl
Any disputes or claims raised in connection with the Competition will be resolved by a competent common court.
