Do you enjoy celebrating Halloween? If so, it's worth throwing a party for the little ones, where you can play games and win candy. This is a good alternative if asking neighbors for candy isn't a common practice in your area.
Prepare a Halloween bucket or prize bag for each party attendee and come up with some “scary” Halloween activities .

After each activity, all children receive candy for participating. For the winners, provide small Halloween-themed toys or stickers, such as plastic vampire fangs. Make sure everyone is a winner at the end of the party. If a child doesn't win at all, they can receive a prize at the end for, say, the best ghost story or the best skeleton dance – get creative!

Halloween Fun - Mummy Race
A very popular game for children is wrapping mummies and then having them race. Children pair up. One child will transform into a mummy, and the other will help. Each pair receives a roll of white toilet paper. The task is to wrap the mummy's entire body in the paper. This isn't easy, as the paper tears easily.

Once everyone is ready, the mummies race, for example, along the hallway, taking care not to ruin their "costumes." With their limbs tightly bound, this is quite a challenging task, but certainly fun. After the race, the roles can be reversed, and this time the mummy will wrap their friend in paper. Points are awarded for each stage of the task, and the team with the most points wins the grand prize.
Halloween Activities for Kids - Pumpkin Painting
Another Halloween activity is pumpkin painting. Each child is given a pumpkin to decorate. These can be small ornamental pumpkins or, if vegetables are not available, orange balloons. The task is to draw a Halloween face on the pumpkin with a black marker.
The child who comes up with the funniest or scariest project wins.
Hocus Pocus - the best spell competition
Another Halloween activity involves coming up with the best spell. For older kids, this could be a rhyming poem. After writing the spell, the author will have to demonstrate how to cast it.

For younger children, the task is easier. Print out an illustration of an empty magic potion bottle. Toddlers are asked to draw the potion's ingredients inside the vial, such as spiders, dragonfly wings, or toadstools.

Interesting Halloween games for kids - Riddles and tasks
For your next game, you can use the challenges we've prepared. Print them out and cut them into individual cards, then place each challenge in a balloon and blow it up. Each child draws a balloon; popping it with a loud boom! to pull out a card is an added attraction for the children. For completing the challenge, each participant receives candy in their bucket.

Terrible crossword puzzle
Another word puzzle for older children is a Halloween word search. Print out our illustration for each child. The person who finds all the words the fastest wins.Create the best Halloween mask
The art challenge will be to create a Halloween mask. Older kids will be given a blank piece of paper and can design a mask in any shape they like.
For the little ones, prepare blank templates with the mask shape traced, along with crayons and Halloween decorations. They will color and decorate the costume according to their own ideas.
Do you know how the skeleton is built?
Younger children will enjoy assembling this fun skeleton puzzle. Print out the skeleton drawing and cut out all its pieces separately. Place each set of bones in a separate envelope and distribute it to the children. The child who builds the skeleton the fastest wins.
What's hidden in the bag
A great addition to the classic Halloween game is the idea of putting your hand in a bag and guessing the hidden objects without looking. To give this game a Halloween twist, try to make the hidden objects a little unsettling… and a little laughable. Some ideas include earthworm-shaped gummy bears, gooey squishies, plastic insects, a piece of moist apple carved into the shape of a bone, or a fake spiderweb.

The child who guesses the item correctly gets a candy.
Costume contest
The final suggestion is, of course, a Halloween costume contest. You don't have to limit yourself to just one winner; everyone can receive a unique title, such as most creative costume, scariest, funniest, etc. This is a great place to give special recognition to children who haven't had much luck in other contests.
