  • oatmeal - 1 cup
  • sunflower seeds - 1 cup
  • dried cranberries - 1 cup
  • 0.5-1 cup of sesame seeds
  • 0.5-1 cup of expanded amaranth / or flaxseed
  • or 0.5 coconut flakes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cups of oil
  • honey or agave syrup

STEP 1 - Combine dry ingredients

Pour all the necessary dry ingredients into a bowl: dried cranberries, rolled oats, shelled sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, expanded amaranth, or flax seeds. You can also add coconut flakes if you like their flavor. If the cranberries are large, it's best to chop them into smaller pieces. Then mix everything together.

STEP 2 - Add wet ingredients

Now it's time for the wet ingredients. Add half a cup of oil and eggs to the mixture. Finally, it's time for a sweet finish. It's best to add agave syrup or honey, which has a liquid consistency. Add any sweetener of your choice, at least 4-5 large spoons. Mix everything together.

STEP 3 - Bake

Once all the ingredients are mixed, transfer the mixture to a baking sheet or ovenproof dish lined with baking paper. Then bake for 20 minutes in a convection oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
