It's time for the more exciting part of our fun – floating the flowers! When the paper flowers touch the water's surface, real magic happens! The initially curled petals begin to open, and the entire flower blooms like real flowers in a garden. This isn't just a spectacular visual effect, but also a great learning opportunity. Why does this happen? This question leads us to a fascinating science experiment!

Through observation and discussion, children can learn that paper is composed of plant fibers, which contain capillaries—thin channels responsible for the transport of water in plants. When paper flowers come into contact with water, the capillaries in the paper begin to work, drawing in water and causing the curled petals to straighten. This fascinating phenomenon can be a starting point for conversations about nature, plants, and life processes.

But that's not the end of our creative fun with your child! To further enhance the experience, we can add a few extra elements. For example, children can experiment with different flower coloring and decorating techniques, creating unique patterns and visual effects. We can also organize a competition to see who can create the prettiest or most original flower, further stimulating creativity and competition in the spirit of play.
We invite you to join us in the fun, where paper flowers become not only a decorative element but also a pretext for discovering fascinating natural phenomena and developing your imagination through creative activities at home. We look forward to your photos and reports from this magical adventure!
