As autumn's rains arrive, followed by winter's frosts, we search for the right jacket for our child. Which one? Of course, one with "superpowers" that will bravely face the low temperatures and rain or snow like a superhero.

The dilemma then arises: which winter jacket or winter suit to choose? Apart from the fact that it should be fashionable and up-to-date, which is of course extremely important, it's worth considering functionality, comfort, and everyday ease of use for both the child and the parent.

How to stay warm?
This is where thick insulation inside the jacket comes to the rescue. It's a layer of fluffy fibers between the outer fabric and the lining. For more demanding customers, I recommend models lined with warm fleece or a knit fabric that imitates soft fur. Our fillings are made of high-quality polyester.

Parka jackets typically feature standard, highly practical insulation, while others resemble natural down in appearance and properties. While down jackets offer better thermal insulation, I definitely recommend synthetic insulation for children. Our children are constantly on the move, so there's no need to worry about thermal comfort. However, for parents, a significant advantage may be the greater resistance of modern synthetic insulation to moisture and frequent washing.

Finishing details that affect the child's thermal comfort are also important:
- jacket length
- zipper closure, often additionally covered with a pleat
- sleeves finished with cuffs or elasticated
- hood with a soft lining and fur trim on the edge
- some models have waist adjustment

It's snowing - let's not give up on the fun
Currently manufactured winter clothing allows for the pleasure of playing "in almost any conditions," and a child should certainly not be absent from the outdoors when it snows. This is the type of snowfall that probably brings the most joy to all children.

Our jacket fabrics are highly durable and windproof. All fabrics are impregnated during production with a special coating that protects the jackets from precipitation and, to a large extent, from dirt.

Our superhero is none other than the popular DWR (durable water repellent) impregnation. This outer coating causes water droplets to roll off, preventing the fabric from absorbing moisture quickly while allowing the jacket to "breathe." I can't imagine a jacket or suit without this protection these days.
Do I have to go home now? – it's so nice
Every parent will hear something like this sooner or later. Winter gets dark quickly, so we should always remember to keep our children's safety in mind. A jacket or snowsuit should have reflective elements. I can't imagine outerwear without them. Reflective prints, which can be found on some of our models, can also be an added bonus.
