Endo's Movement Games is a series of short videos with exercises for children. We show how to easily and fun-filledly support your children in developing coordination, improving gross and fine motor skills, and, above all, having fun together.

The game of pushing and tussling develops muscle strength and balance. How to prepare for it? Children stand back to back, bending their knees. One person begins to push the other, who then tries to offer as much resistance as possible. Then we switch roles. An alternative version of this exercise involves having the children stand facing the same direction.
