If, instead of New Year's resolutions, we planned a New Year of self-appreciation and forgiveness, I wonder what the months ahead would look like. At Endo, we believe in imperfect perfection, in children and parents with strong characters and their own opinions. In beautiful mistakes that can turn into new challenges and adventures, in the inconspicuous moments of everyday life that stay with us for life.

Endo T-shirts represent optimism and faith in a simple life full of joy, in the strength to overcome problems, in caring for others, but also for yourself, in faith in your own abilities and in the power of imagination and dreams.
So what would your year look like if Endo t-shirts could dictate how you view yourself and your life?
You are perfect just as you are

This year, it's time to look at yourself with empathy , with all your flaws and strengths, successes and challenges. It's not so much about accepting your imperfections as it is about understanding that no one is perfect, and every woman and mother who loves her family tries her best, even though sometimes it's not easy.

Don't force yourself to find fault with anything or worry that something could have been done better. There will be time for "better," but for now, we're confident that what you're doing is enough , and by "enough," we mean that you're doing everything in your power to ensure the happiness of your children and family.

Life is a journey, not a race
Life is, after all, a wonderful journey. Too often, we treat it like a race with a goal waiting for us at the end. A better job, a long-awaited dream vacation, or a new car. There's nothing wrong with pursuing plans, but they sometimes obscure our focus on the here and now .

This year, don't compare your life to "beautiful Instagram profiles." It doesn't matter that your kitchen doesn't look like it came from a furniture showroom, you can't always boast about your kids' excellent grades, and you still haven't lost those extra 4 kilos you've been trying to lose since last winter.
“What is essential is invisible to the eye” - a happy mother, a supportive father and children who feel loved.

This year, focus on relationships because they are the most important and everything else will fall into place because you won't have to overcome any problem alone.

Slow down and you will spread your wings
Find a moment for yourself this year and new ways to recharge. Slow down! Laundry won't get done, and dinner can sometimes be ordered. Make time in your schedule for rest, which is essential for our physical and mental health.

Try new ways to relax, like forest walks , meditation, or yoga classes. Allow yourself time just for yourself. Go on a weekend trip with friends instead of with the kids. Even if you're the most wonderful mom in the world, you're also a person entitled to your own entertainment and time for yourself, your friends, and your hobbies.
Remember to notice your “inner child” who still has many dreams and needs!

By reaching deep within yourself and recalling your childhood plans and aspirations, you'll find an activity that brings you joy and helps you recharge your batteries. Take care of this little piece of heaven —a regular time just for yourself, where no one will disturb you.
Focus on development, not material goods
If you're planning to invest this year, it's best to invest in your own development. Learn a new skill or return to an old hobby you haven't had time for in recent years. Sign up for a course you've been too afraid to pursue, or take on a challenge like "I'll read 54 books this year."
Focus on intellectual and physical development. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. If after a few days you decide that morning runs aren't for you, smile and sign up for dancing or boxing.

Allow yourself to be a child's spontaneity and follow your heart. Do everything you do with love and passion. Leave excuses behind. If you come up with a "crazy" idea, go for it.

Plan one large project or several smaller ones that you'll actively prepare for. Going back to college, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, or perhaps something smaller, like planting a vegetable garden on your balcony. All of this is within your reach; you just need to believe that your plans and dreams are important and that you deserve to fulfill them.
Be good to yourself
Appreciate yourself! Notice your strengths and even the smallest successes. Speak of yourself with pride and warmth. Try practicing affirmations and find at least one thing you're grateful for every day, or stand in front of the mirror in the morning and say what you like about yourself.

It sounds funny, but believe me, this tangible expression of love will yield results in just a few days. You'll feel happier, more beautiful, and more confident.

Above all, remain optimistic. Rise from setbacks with your head held high, and if you encounter problems, don't be afraid to ask your loved ones for help. They already know that you are the most wonderful woman and mother in the world. I hope that this year you, too, believe it.
