
The Wings and Flying an Airplane game strengthens the paraspinal muscles and the muscles that pull the shoulder blades. For wings, lie on your stomach and extend your arms above your head. On command, pull your arms as close to your torso as possible, bending your elbows to form wings. Hold for 5 seconds and return to the starting position. For the airplane game, lie on your stomach and spread your arms out to the sides. On the command "take off," raise your arms and shoulders off the floor and, rocking side to side, fly like an airplane!
