Carnival Competition - A ball is a must during carnival, so don't go without a mask!

The carnival fun continues! Our graphic designers were also inspired by it, transferring favorite, charming, and sometimes slightly crazy graphics from Endo t-shirts to carnival masks for children and more. ;)

Now you can have fun too! Download a ready-made carnival mask template. You can decorate it however you like or creatively customize it. Send us a photo or short video featuring one of our masks. You can also draw inspiration from other graphics on endo.pl to create your own design from scratch. We welcome your suggestions.

Competition duration: 27/01/2023 – 07/02/2023

To take part in the competition you must:

• Download any mask from Carnival Masks for Kids – you can decorate it or creatively repurpose it. You can also create your own ENDO-inspired design.
• Complete the competition task - take a photo or a short video with our carnival mask as the main character.
• Like our IG or FB profile (depending on which platform you are participating in the contest on).
• Like and save the contest post. We'd also appreciate it if you shared it with others.
• Invite 3 friends to play in a comment below the post.
• For FB -> Post a photo or short video in the comment below the competition post.
• For IG -> Share the photo/reel on your IG profile as a post or InstaStories with the tag @endo.pl and the hashtag #bawsiezendo

Carnival Competition Rules "A ball is a must during carnival, so don't go without a mask!"

§1 Organizer and definitions

1. The organiser of the competition called "At carnival, a ball is a must, so don't go without a mask!" (hereinafter "the Competition") is "STUDIO MK" a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 185, postal code: 02-222, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000424234, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7010345945 (hereinafter "the Organiser").
2. The Organizer declares that the Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, a game whose outcome depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 09, item 1540).

1. The Competition is open to all natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland who are consumers (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended), who are at least 18 years of age, or persons between 13 and 18 years of age, with the consent of their legal representative (hereinafter referred to as the "Guardian").
2. The participant declares that:

• has read the content of these Regulations and voluntarily enters the Competition
• agrees and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including having read the content regarding the procedure for receiving the prize and fully accepting it
• undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations
• consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition

§3 Competition

1. Between January 27, 2023 and February 7, 2023, Participants will be able to submit their entry: - by posting a photo/scan/video of the competition entry in a comment under the competition post on the endo.pl company page on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/endopl - or by posting a photo/video of the competition entry on their own profile or in an Instagram story with the tag @endo.pl and #bawsiezendo
2. The contest task involves using Endo's carnival mask templates ( Download carnival masks for children ) and submitting a creative photo or video featuring the masks. The masks can be creatively decorated or modified, or you can suggest your own design, referencing other Endo graphics.
3. Competition entries will be considered for relevance to the theme, creativity in approaching the topic, and aesthetics of execution, taking into account the age of the author.
4. To take part in the competition you must:

• Post a photo/scan/video of your artwork on the competition topic in a comment under the competition post on the endo.pl company page on Facebook.
• or share a photo/roll on a given topic on your profile or in a story with the tag @endopl and #bawsiezendo
• Like Endo's Facebook or Instagram profile
• Like and save the competition post on Facebook or Instagram
• Invite 3 friends to play in the comment below the post

1. The number of submissions, comments and shares is unlimited.
2. The consent of the Participant to participate in the Competition is tantamount to consenting to the possible use of the competition entry by the Organizer for the purpose of its publication on websites administered by the Organizer, including: www.endo.pl , the author's blog: https://endo.pl/blog/ and the Endo.pl profile on social networking sites: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
3. By taking part in the competition, the participant declares that he or she is the author of the work posted in the comment and that he or she is not encumbered with any third-party copyrights.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or not include in the Competition any entries that do not meet the requirements set out in these regulations, in particular entries that do not relate to the competition theme or are prepared in violation of the requirements of this paragraph.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to moderate content posted by users, including removing publications that do not meet the terms and conditions of the regulations, offensive content, repetitive content or content very similar to that created by other Participants.
6. Profiles that are not taken into account: no personal photos, new accounts created for the giveaway, fan pages, empty accounts.
7. The participant's profile must be public for the duration of the giveaway.

§4 Selection of the Awardees

1. Within 7 days of the competition closing date, the Organizer will review the submitted entries and select the winners. A jury composed of Endo's marketing department will evaluate the entries. The Organizer will select the Winners based on the criteria set out in §3.
2. Prizes will be awarded among all submitted comments in accordance with §5
3. Each Winner may receive one competition prize.
4. The results will be announced on the company blog endo.pl, as well as on Instagram and Facebook within 7 days of the winners being selected.
5. The Organizer will also inform the selected Participant about the prize in a private message on the social media profile on which the Participant participated in the competition.

§5 Prizes

1. 13 participants will be awarded in the competition.
2. The prizes are: - 3 gift vouchers worth PLN 250 to the Endo.pl store - 10 T-shirts from the Endo.pl store
3. All competition prizes will be delivered to the Winners by post/courier to the address provided by the Participant within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the winners.

§6 Personal data

1. The Organizer is the controller of the Participant's and Guardian's personal data provided in connection with the Competition. The Organizer will process the personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition.
2. The processing of personal data includes the following scope of personal data: name and surname, postal address and additionally contact telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition.
4. Personal data collected by ENDO via the Online Store are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR . §7 Complaints

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Competition may be submitted by the legal representatives of the Participants in writing, by registered letter sent to the Organizer's address within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.
2. Complaints should include the name and surname of the Participant and his/her legal representative, the exact correspondence address, a description and indication of the reasons for the complaint, as well as the specification of the request.
3. Complaints submitted after the deadline or that do not meet the requirements specified in paragraph 2 will not be considered by the Organizer. The postmark date will determine whether the deadline for submitting a complaint has been met.
4. Complaints will be reviewed without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The Organizer's decisions regarding complaints are final.

§8 Final provisions

1. The competition is announced and organized by the Organizer via the endo.pl social media website on Facebook: www.facebook.com/endopl and on Instagram: www.instagram.com/endo.pl
2. Any disputes or claims raised in connection with the Competition will be resolved by a competent common court.
